Practical information for NGO & Gold/Silver/Bronze organizers
Update info about your program session
The link to your program session are open again so that you can remove, add and adjust the final details before the forum begins. You will now be able to make changes in the program description and the participants list. You will not be able to change the headline as this must correlate with the schedule in the program magazine. Each session has a unique link and it’s the same link that you received during registration of your session.
You need to check and add the names of all those who will participate as a speaker in your session/sessions. This is important so that 1) the speakers will be allowed into the seminar room if they do not have a conference pass, 2) so that we can make a name tag to all the speakers, 3) so that complete information about your session will be available in the schedule on the web, and 4) so that the speakers will be searchable in the list of speakers on the web.
Have you lost your link? Please contact us by nf2014@nullmci-group.com
Schedule & times
The times shown for your session in the web schedule specifies when the session begins and when it ends, from a visitor’s perspective. This is your 90 minutes of effective session time. The remaining 30 minutes are set aside for your preparations and restoration of the room, as well as to let the visitors in and out of the room. This means that you as the organizer must be on site at your room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time (this usually means quarter to). To make sure that the next organizer also receive their preparation time, the room must be cleared of visitors and restored to their original state within 15 minutes after the specified time on the schedule (usually quarter to). It is important that assigned times are respected, so that no delays in the program is created, since it degrades the experience for both our visitors and other organizers.
Your room host is available for practical questions during the forum!
Find out about the times for your session by searching for it in the web schedule.

Availability
We off course want Nordic Forum to be accessible to as many people as possible. We kindly ask you as organizer to note the following information:
• There are hearing loops in all session rooms, both on stage and for the audience. In order for these to work, the microphones need to be used at all times by those who speak, even in small venues. Do not forget to pass around microphone for any audience questions!
• Do you show PowerPoint? Keep in mind that not everyone sees what you show, therefore always remember to tell what on images and read all information on the slides.
Read more about accessibility for visitors and organizers here. If you have questions please contact caroline.matsson@nullnf2014.org

Lists of all the organizers and speakers at Nordiskt Forum
We now have a complete list on the web with the names of all organizations that arrange program sessions in the Open program. By clicking a specific organization name, you will see the heading/headings of the organizations session/sessions. And if you then and click again on a specific heading, you get detailed information about that particular session. You find the arranger list here.
A full list of participating speakers (in the entire program at Nordiskt Forum) is available here. The functions in this list are constructed in the same way as in the list of the organizers.
Would you like to serve up with food or drink?
If you would like to serve up with food or drink for the visitors during your session this can easily be done. If your session is held on MalmöMässan, please call Mässrestauranger +46 040-642 10 00. If your session is held at Malmö Arena, please call Restaurant reservation + 46040-642 04.
People’s Parade!
On Saturday, June 14th, Malmö town is throwing a party in Folkets Park. It will be a smashing arrangement that goes on from day to night. To connect the event at the Arena with the public party at the park, a parade will take place, departing from the Triangle station heading to the park after the closing of the arena.
We gather in the square outside Malmö Konsthall at 18.00 and depart at 18:30. We arrive at the park at approximately 19:00 when the evening program on the main stage kicks off with artists as Marit Bergman, Say Lou lou, to mention a few.
If you wish to participate in the parade as a group, it’s desirable that you announce this in advance, so we can arrange this in best possible way considering everyone’s comfort. There is room for everyone but it’s preferable to know where to position in the parade. You are welcome to bring your own orchestras, sound system, performance artists, et cetera, but please let us know in advance so we can secure a proper place for you.
For more information and registration, please contact Jenny Lindh at Malmö Folkets Park: Jenny.8.lind@nullmalmo.se
Influence the final document
The 200 organizations who stand as the initiators of Nordiskt Forum, through their umbrella organizations, have together prepared a draft for the conference final document. This can be read here.
Anyone with an interested in feminism, equality and gender- private person or organization – have the opportunity to make comments and new proposals for the draft via a web form. You’ll find it here.
For those who participate on spot during the forum, there is a further opportunity to make their voice heard. In each seminar in the Nordic program on Thursday and Friday there will be reporters who collect comments and specific suggestions to the final document. A text committee consisting of representatives from the Nordic umbrella organizations continually addresses all the comments coming in and compiles the final document throughout the forum.
During Sunday’s closing ceremony in Malmö Arena, the final document will be submitted to the equality ministers in the Nordic region and to the head of UN Women. This document is a declaration of intent for the future around the 12 themes of Nordiskt Forum.
